Priests as well as pastors are a symbol of respect and God especially to Christians. Their behavior is highly watched and people expect them not to mess up. In the Roman Catholic Church, it is common knowledge that priests are not allowed to marry nor have kids. They are also not expected to date and they are fully committed to serving the church. In a recent video posted on social media, a priest has caused a shock amongst people.
The reverend father proceeded to take kisses from students of St Monica’s college of education in Ghana. In front of the whole church and other students, the priest kisses the girls standing in front one by one. To the last girl he tells to remove the mask and deep kisses her.
This video is quite disturbing and the context of it is unclear. The students keep cheering and laughing and are as shocked as everyone else who has seen the video. A lot of attention was brought to it and many questioned and are still what the holy priest was doing, not even in secret but in front of the church.
