Fear in Thika After a Man is Murdered and Dumped in a River

Residents of Kiganjo village in Thika have been left in panic after a body of man murdered was found in a river. On account of witnesses and villagers, the body was found by one of the residents touring her farm found in the area.

The woman then proceeded to call the chief but he did not pick the phone. She then called the area elder who responded by coming with the police.

Fear and Panic

The news which was aired on Kameme TV has not been received well by many. Most are confused and in fear.

Insecurity has become a thorn in the flesh in Thika and areas surrounding the place. Just this week, a man was stabbed by youths in Kiandutu area.

Police have launched investigations into the matter and any leads should be communicated to them. Residents are urged to stay safe and avoid crime hot spot areas at odd hours.

The body of the deceased has since been taken to Thika level five hospital.
