An army chopper carrying an unknown number of passengers has crashed in Kajiado County. The chopper crashed in Oltinga area of Kajiado West sub county. Confirming the incident, Kajiado County Police Commander Muthuri Mwongera said the accident happened at around 8AM. However details of the chopper and victims remains unknown.
The commander also confirmed that he had sent the Kajiado West OCPD Vincent Kitili to the secene to get the details. It is reported that the chopper burst into flames as soon as it touched the ground.
Details online reveal that such choppers carry a maximum of 11-12 people. More details on the incident will be released to the public as soon as they are released.
