Kamaya is a spirit that is associated with the performance of magic or wonders. Such people are said to perform things that are beyond human understanding.

Kumuse is a spirit that is endowed to a special person that condoles with the society after an old man has fallen. The ritual is done three days after the burial of the old man. The ritual is performed by a specialist known as Oswala kumuse. The process entails a very profound articulatory skill and manipulation words. The performer does not repeat what he has already said and he moves from point to point uttering words of wisdom to the audience that will be seated listening to him.

Buliche is also said to be a spirit that is only bestowed to specific clans of the Bukusus. Buliche is an activity that takes place on the initiates after three months when they would have underwent the shedding of the foreskin. Bubasi is associated with blacksmith. It is more of a talent than a spirit that special person that performs blacksmith is called Omubasi. The omubasi is able to produce tools for farme work from metals for instance he can make hoes aand mend broken metal ports for keeping food staffs.

Finally, there is a spirit known as Bubini the spirit is associated with night running-though not welcomed by the society sometimes condemned as a bad spirit. The spirit might not be intended to a person but sometimes one may acquire it for a reason. For instance one might be advised to be a night runner. This is if she or he is unable to conceive or if one is infertile. Therefore night running could be a remedy.
