Police brutality and excessive use of violence is nothing new to citizens all over the world who suffer each and everyday in the hands of rogue cops. In the past year this issue has been on the rising with many being wounded and even worse being killed for no reason and in the most brutal way. In Kenya, the past one week has been rough for people as several youths have died in the hands of the police who have neither been charged or even fired from their jobs.
One of the most horrific as well as sad story is the one of the Kianjakoma brothers who were murdered in the hands of the police and no justice was served. Sad pictures of the mother mourning during the funeral caused a lot of sadness on social media. This has then led to the hashtag for justice trending all over.
It has been days and the cops were not arrested or affected until Tuesday morning. DPP Noordin Haji called for their arrest and they are allegedly in custody.

The video is of comrade student leaders calling the cops out saying they know their names. They added that they will continue until justice is served. The powerful speeches made by the leaders has caused another uproar as more people are now demanding instant justice.
The Kianjakoma brothers funeral and murder has been trending for long now on social media. Many hope something will be done.
