Blessings Lung’aho Hugo is a popular Kenyan actor known for his role in Zora as Madiba. Apart from acting Blessings is also a commercial model, storyteller and fitness guru.
Age
Blessings Hugo was born in the year 1988 in Uasin Gishu County, Kapsoya village in Eldoret. He is 33 years old as of 2021.
Family and Background
Blessings Lung’aho was born in a family of four in Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County. However he is from the Luhya tribe in Kenya. His mother is a professor of Literature while his late father was an accountant. His death marked the lowest moment in Blessings Lung’aho’s life and he even decided to quit accounting to pursue acting.
Blessings Lung’aho Education
He went to Kakamega High School before joining The Catholic University of East Africa for his tertiary education. At CUEA, Blessings Hugo pursued Commerce and majored in Accounting.
Blessings Lung’aho Career
Madiba’s big breakthrough in acting came when he featured in popular drama series, Maria. Here he acted as a house manager in Mr Hausa’s family. He is currently featuring on Zora, a new drama series airing on Citizen TV.
Other big projects Blessings has been in include Mother-in-law, Santalal, Torture, Makazi and This is Life. The projects are local while some are international.
His looks, body and experience have helped him land a number of international gigs. Madiba featured in a short advert in Malaysia, a coca-cola advert in South Africa and a daily commercial in Uganda.
Blessings Lung’aho Wife and Children
Blessings proposed to his longtime lover and co actor Jackie Matubia on 25th April 2022. The two are expecting a child together.
