Lilian was born on 4^th May 1982.

Family

The renowned presenter is the only girl and second born in a family of three children. Her father, Henry Muli was a famous lawyer but he unfortunately passed on. Her mother, Penina Muli, lives in Bangkok Thailand.

Education

She attended Lavington Primary School before joining Loreto Convent Msongari to pursue her secondary education.  She later joined Daystar University where she studied Bachelors in Communication and Journalism. Lilian Muli also has a bachelor in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi.

Marriage

Lilian was married to Moses Njuguna Kanene in 2009. Moses proposed in a very special way when he went to Lilian’s work after she had just presented her afternoon news. Bearing a bouquet of flowers and cake, he proposed in front of her colleagues.

Their extremely lavish and exclusive wedding took place at the Windsor Golf Club. The couple had a son named Joshua Kanene born in 2010. The two separated after seven years of marriage with Lilian claiming that Njuguna was adulterous and violent.

Lilian turned out to be pregnant years later and when questions arose of whom the father was, she revealed that it was Jared Ombongi. Their marriage has also faced tribulations. In 2018, she took to social media and referred Jared Nevaton Ombongi as a community husband. However, she got back with him in February 2019. She revaled that in an interview with Kalekye Mumo. Although the two say they are a couple is not known if they are married but their son is called Liam, born in 2018.

Career and Salary

Muli kick started her career in Kenya Television Network (KTN) in 2005 where she was an intern. She tried to get to the top but failed a lot and it was not until she was asked to deliver scripts to Standard Media Group judges that she got her break in the industry.

Muli then started making appearances on screen but in December 2010, she quit working for KTN. She went to Citizen TV where she is to date. She has hosted very popular shows like Slim Possible Show, One on One and Fashion Watch. The pres earns not less than KES 250000 a month.

Lilian Muli Scandals

After her divorce, Lilian spun out of control and got drunk a lot. A video of her hurling and screaming insults at a waitress went viral and she apologized online saying that she had been drunk. Lilian is also known as a partyholic and wild when she parties.

Anonymous sources at her work place revealed she once came to work drunk and threw insults at people. She was, however not fired as she is precious to the station.

Lilian Muli hairstyle

Lilian has a signature hairstyle that covers part of her left eye. Many people claimed she had a very bad scar from her abusive marriage and was hiding it. She, however, proved them wrong when she shaved her hair and posted a photo of her whole face which was completely flawless.
